Upon inspection, it seems that rainwater is penetrating between the tiles. Fortunately, the sarking felt underlay has prevented the water from affecting the interior of the loft, ensuring that the loft remains dry. However, the water appears to be running onto the wall beneath instead of draining into the gutters as intended. The roof is a couple on meters from the floor.

Relay existing tiles to roof area then rebed existing ridge tiles in remix black mortar. Account for replacing approximately 20% of the roof tiles due to breakages and wear and tear.
